When will my order arrive?
ClingyHook is on pre-order and ships September 15. Reserving one locks in your color — several sell out each run — and you are not charged again at dispatch. If that date ever moves, we update it here and email everyone who ordered.
What are the college essentials most people forget?
Shower shoes, a surge protector, a doorstop, over-the-door hooks, a laundry bag with a shoulder strap, and a bag hook. Dorm checklists cover the room and forget everything you carry — which is the stuff you actually touch twenty times a day.
Will it fit my lecture hall desk?
Most fold-down desks and seminar tables have edges between 0.75 and 1.5 inches thick. ClingyHook fits edges up to 1.7 inches, which covers the large majority of campus furniture, plus dining hall tables, café tables, library carrels and stall doors. Measure your desk edge if you're unsure.
Which bag does it clip to?
Any strap up to 2 inches wide — a backpack shoulder strap, tote handle, crossbody strap or D-ring. Most students clip it to the right shoulder strap so the hook hangs at the front.
Will it scratch tables or furniture?
No. The contact points are rubber friction pads, not bare metal. They also stop the hook from slipping on smooth surfaces.
How heavy a bag can it hold?
ClingyHook is rated to 50 lb in static load testing. A loaded student backpack with a laptop, textbooks and a water bottle usually runs 15–22 lb — well within range.
How do the quantity discounts work?
