Overall it was easy but the length in time in getting what I ordered made me worried I wasn’t going to get my purchase but it all worked out in the end.
I saw this on Instagram right before a trip. I paid for expedited shipping and it came very fast.
CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE. I WANT TO RETURN SO I HAVE EMAIL TWICE IN ON WEEK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS HOOK IS SO HEAVY THAT TO ADD TO MY PURSE WILL BE HARD TO CARRY.
When there was an issue with not receiving the order, they jumped right on it. Customer Service is very good. The product is sturdy, a bit heavy, but I would rather have that than of poor quality. I would recommend this company and the hooks.

I preordered this about a month ago, and inquired on the status because I had forgotten this was a preorder. They reminded me that this was a preorder and updated me on the status. Communication was professional and I received the item in the expected timeframe.
If you guys make a 2.0 version, can you make a lighter weight all rubbery material one (even if it doesn’t hold as much weight)! Love these! Keep up the great work!
