Thank you for shopping with Clingy. Below is our shipping policy, which explains how and when your order will be delivered.


Pre-Orders

Some Clingy products are sold as pre-orders.

Pre-order items are part of our initial production batch and are not in stock at the time of purchase.

  • Pre-orders are currently estimated to ship in June 2026.

  • This date is an estimate and may change. If it does, we will notify customers by email.

  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by contacting support@goclingy.com.


Order Processing

For items that are in stock:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-order items will be processed closer to their ship date.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates for in-stock items, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping promotions may be offered for a limited time and are subject to change.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For U.S. orders after shipping:

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Destinations

At launch, Clingy ships to addresses within the United States only.

We plan to offer international shipping in future product releases.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Delays

Clingy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact support@goclingy.com and we will assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact support@goclingy.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order ships.

Clingy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact support@goclingy.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the best solution.
