When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders ship in August, as soon as the next batch lands. Reserving now locks in your colour and the pre-order price, and you’ll get tracking by email the day it goes out.

I'm ordering pre-order and in-stock items together — when does it all arrive?

We keep your order as one shipment. If anything in it is a pre-order, the whole order ships together in August when the pre-order lands — one box, one tracking number, and you only pay shipping once. If you’d rather have the in-stock items straight away, just place them as a separate order and they’ll go out within 1–3 business days.

Will it fit my phone case?

Yes. We include a thin tab that slides between your phone and its case, so it works with virtually any phone — iPhone, Samsung, Pixel and more. If your case already has a strap slot, use that instead.

Will it actually hold my phone securely?

The strap and tab are built to take the weight of a phone plus a bulky case, so a normal slip leaves your phone dangling safely instead of hitting the ground.

Can I still charge my phone with it on?

Yes. The tab sits along the side of your case and stays clear of your charging port, so you can plug in or charge wirelessly without taking the leash off.

Why am I charged now for a pre-order?

Your payment reserves your colour from the batch, which is how we know how many to make. The first batch sold out, so this is genuinely how you secure one. If you change your mind before it ships in August, email us and we’ll refund you in full.
