Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Clingy® hook. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email support@goclingy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will send instructions for returning your item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders ship during our initial production run, which is currently estimated to ship in June 2026.

You may change or cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

To update or cancel a pre-order, contact support@goclingy.com with your order number.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Clingy® hook arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@goclingy.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times can vary.

  3. If you have completed the above steps, email support@goclingy.com and we will assist you.
