Can you make the hook in our company's exact brand color?
You can choose from our six signature ClingyHook colors, and we can discuss mixed-color assortments. For projects around 500 units or more, we can also explore a custom base color to better match your brand. This is a case-by-case manufacturing option, not a guaranteed off-the-shelf service. We'll confirm feasibility, color matching, minimum quantities, pricing, and lead time before accepting the order.
Can we see our logo on ClingyHook before we place an order?
Yes. For corporate inquiries, we can prepare a complimentary digital mockup so you can see how your logo could look on your preferred ClingyHook color before committing to an order. Submit the inquiry form with your logo if the upload field is available; otherwise we'll request your artwork by email. A high-resolution PNG or vector artwork works best. Final placement depends on review.
Can we see pricing immediately?
Yes. Use the instant estimator above for a product subtotal based on quantity and branding. Send your estimate to Clingy for final confirmation of stock, artwork, shipping and timeline. Small standard orders can be purchased online.
What's your minimum order?
Published volume pricing starts at 50 units. Need a smaller run? Get in touch and we will review options.
How long does production take?
Production timelines depend on quantity, inventory, artwork approval, and destination. Share your needed-by date on the quote form and we will confirm a realistic schedule before you commit.
What artwork do you need for customization?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG usually works too. Send what you have — we'll tell you if it needs adjusting, at no charge.
Can you invoice us or take a purchase order?
Tell us if your business needs an invoice, purchase order, or vendor paperwork. We can confirm the available options during quoting.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
We can discuss split shipments and multi-address fulfillment. Share the number of destinations and your requirements in the quote request so we can confirm feasibility and cost.
What if we need something outside these tiers?
That's what our custom packages option is for — mixed customization, special colors, kitting, or non-standard quantities. Mention it on the quote form.
